South Boulder Peak

Last November I drove down to Boulder to go for a hike with my cousin Laura.  We decided to climb South Boulder Peak.  The hike started on gravel pathways but after a few miles turned into a steep, boulder-strewn climb.  After almost 3000 feet of elevation gain, we passed through a burned area and had great views at the summit. It was as warm as a November day has any right to be.
