This weekend I mastered the art of shooting photos and videos one-handed while riding a cruiser bike through a crowd of other bicycles. This was my first time riding in the Tour de Fat. The Tour de Fat is a bike parade/carnival sponsored every year by New Belgium Brewery. The idea is for everyone to dress up in costume and/or ride a cruiser bike. It’s turned into a traveling event around the country, but of course Fort Collins is the Mothership. There doesn’t seem to be an exact count available, but the brewery estimates 7000+ people. I’m working on a video/photo post, but in the meantime, here is a shot of “Holy Rolling Moseses (sic).”
