Start with an underexposed shot of two deer.
Crop it, fiddle with the exposure. Not much there… Bring it into Dfine for noise reduction.
Still nothing worth saving. Next, go into Viveza to lighten up the skin (hair?) tones on the deer. Garbage in yields garbage out. Final desperation- bring the photo into Silver Efex Pro. In there, apply the “Holga” filter. Holgas are awful, plastic cameras that leak light, and produce grainy garbage. But it’s art, so that makes it OK. Or something. Worth it?
