The subject matter is pretty dull, but the picture above is my first panorama.  It was stitched together using Canon’s PhotoStitch software.  It was definitely a learning experience.  The most glaring mistakes that I made (not really evident here, but clear in my other attempts) was to keep autofocus on, and shoot using Aperture-priority mode (you need Manual mode, so that the exposures match up properly).
