The Loveland Sculpture Invitational is an annual show held in Loveland, Colorado. Hundreds of sculptors from around the country fill tents and a large central lawn with sculptures of all sizes and subject matters.
This year I brought my camera to see what I could get. Although the vast numbers of pieces and crowds made photography difficult inside the tents, I still got a number of shots, and a whole lot of pictures from outside. Here is a gallery.

While a lot of the art is well beyond my price range, I did buy a small piece called Pinnacle from Dan Toone Fine Art Metal Sculpture. I’m sure I’ll take a photograph of it at some point.
Next year’s Loveland Sculpture Invitational will be held on August 6-8, 2010.
