Another work day. This morning I changed up my commute a little. Instead of taking the Métro to Denfert-Rochereau and changing trains there, I walked directly to the RER train station at Cité Universitaire. This was a longer walk, but cut through Parc Montsouris. While most parks in Paris are fairly rigidly constructed, this one had rolling hills, a pond, streams, and bridges. Overall, more natural looking, although I don’t doubt it was just as man-made as any other park in the city. The park made for a much nicer walk than the tunnels of the Métro!
For lunch we had… Japanese food. At a different restaurant this time, at least.
