This is an image of a new sculpture in Old Town Fort Collins. Titled Alley Views, it’s by local artist Joe McGrane. It became my favorite image of the week.

Digital Darkroom. My goal for this image was to really make the bricks stand out. I achieved this by increasing contrast and clarity, and by boosting highlights and lowering blacks.

I’m hoping to include commentary on the story, the setting, the specs, or the sentiments, depending on the circumstances.
