My wife slipped on an icy sidewalk and broke her hip this week, which quite obviously limited my photography time. But images are everywhere if you know where to look. I was walking from the grocery store back to the car when I noticed a spectacular sunset- in the windows of our Jeep. I put down the groceries and pulled out my phone to capture this unique vantage point. This became my favorite image of the week.

Digital Darkroom. My main improvement here was to drop a graduated neutral density filter along the top of the image. This allowed me to slightly darken the sky and increase the contrast. Otherwise, I made just a few tweaks to clarity and dehaze.
