I’ve always been a fan of this mural, on the side of the Trimble Art building in Old Town. On this particular day, there was a bicycle parked in front with a matching color scheme, and this became my favorite image of the week.

Digital Darkroom. To even out the lighting in this shot, I reduced highlights by -46, and increased shadows. I then bumped up the contrast and texture, and added a slight bit of dehaze to finish it off.
WIRR stands for Weekly Image Rich Ruh. This regular feature on Das Has von Ruh will show and describe my favorite photo created during this weekly period. My weeks start on Mondays, as does the WIRR. I’m hoping to include commentary on the story, the setting, the specs, or the sentiments, depending on the circumstances.
