A slow week but a relaxing weekend afternoon in the sun room. Looking out and waiting for Spring to arrive, this became my favorite image of the week.
Waiting for Spring

Digital Darkroom. I started with a fairly bland black & white image. It was a disappointment. Then I started to read what I had written above, and decided to follow the “waiting for Spring theme.” It took a few minutes of brushing, but I’m much happier with the final result.
WIRR stands for Weekly Image Rich Ruh. This regular feature on Das Has von Ruh will show and describe my favorite photo created during this weekly period. My weeks start on Mondays, as does the WIRR. I’m hoping to include commentary on the story, the setting, the specs, or the sentiments, depending on the circumstances.
